It's been alittle bit ago, couple wks ago. My husband and I stopped in for some food. The lady seen us and had us wait for at least a few minutes. Then in the middle of our order her cell phone rang and stopped right in the middle of our order to answer and argue on her cell phone. At least she did change her gloves but still costumer service sucked!

Very friendly staff and clean tables.
Problem is that there is usually someone begging for food or money directly in front of the entry which can be intimidating for some so I thought it was worth mentioning in this review.
Bathrooms have been disgusting on more than one occasion. To the point of being unusable.
The most important flaw is that they run out of meatballs every single day by 1pm. I take a late lunch and this astounds me that they don't just make more meatballs.

The Subway location in Downtown Toledo usually has one or two workers, but mainly one. However, on the day of my last visit there were at least four or five. I am so happy to see that they are getting more help.

The staff is very friendly, fast, and efficient. The food tastes great and is always fresh. The overall enviornment is clean, safe, and welcoming. Definitely consider stopping in for a sandwich when visiting Downtown Toledo.

Horrible experience was told st 650 im fixin to close in areally mean and disrespectful manner after i done sat and waited at least ten fifteen minutes while she worked slow lally gagging.she also has a homeless person sleeping at the table EVERYDAY...something needs to be done. The big bosses need to do a pop up they would also be amazed at wut be goin on and how that homeless person be eating and sleeping at the tables on that employees work schedule. I PROMISE YOU GO SEE FOR YOURSELF

Jessica and her staff are always pleasant and professional, the food is fresh, made perfectly to order, and even the restrooms are clean. Great experience every time!

Very unfriendly staff. Had to wait forever for someone to come to the counter because they were too busy having a good time in the back. When someone finally came to the counter, thy acted like I was an inconvenience. Very rude and highly doubt I'll be back.
