Subway

I have had better service. I had to repeat myself at least 4 times. Apparently the employee could only take in 1 bit of info at a time. Even when asked 1 piece if info they forgot and asked again. The employee seemed like she had an attitude with no smile. The tomatoes were all ends. The cheese was empty and frozen to the bottom. She tried so hard to give it to me, but couldn't. The spinach was empty. Just horrible presentation. Keep the ingredients stocked. It was 2pm, well after lunch rush and we were the only customers. There was no reason for that. Nevertheless bread was good and sandwich wasnt bad. This however was one of my worst experiences at Subway.

I hate to do this but I think management should know.. So it is 8:30pm on a Friday night and you don't close until 10pm. I just left and it was horrible costumer service I walk in, and the employee working (his name is Andrew seemed like he was annoyed I even came in. He was sitting at a booth and just seemed like it took SO MUCH ENERGY to get up and "work". I started to say what type of bread and he mumbled that they were out of lettuce and asked if that was okay... Seeing you have spinach, yes that's fine... Proceeded to make my sandwich and when he was putting on the mayo I had asked for, only the smallest amount of mayo was left., so you would think he would go grab another bottle right? Instead, he looked at me and asked "is this okay"? There was nothing there!! I just said it's cool... I have mayo at home. I don't ever complain but I wanted to say something to him, but it wouldn't have changed anything So maybe you should bring it to Andrews attention that he gets paid by the hour no matter if you slow or busy. People are spending money with the company your working for. Im a server and I know what it's like to work in the service industry, that's why I'm informing you so maybe he can work on it a little bit. Thank for listening

I placed an order online 2 hrs in advance. When I went to pick up he didn't have a record of it. About 5 minutes later while he was calling another store to see if I accidentally ordered it at another store, it came through the system. The poor guy gets 10 stars. He was working alone and had no other help. He was still professional and apologetic for the computer issues. He had a line up of ppl waiting as well as online and text orders coming in. Kudos to him how he handled each issue abd still kept moving and greeting new customers as they arrived. He needs a raise and more staff to help him. Not good having him work alone not only for safety issues but to assist in customer needs in a timely manner

Poor management at this location! Every time I go there is only one, yes ONE, person working. I went at dinner time on a Friday night and had to wait about 15 minutes. The poor girl behind the counter was having a hard time keeping up with the line alone. Went in on a Saturday at lunch time, same thing...one person working. She was handling it but she was stressed. There was another time on a Friday that they did have two people working but the guy had no clue what he was doing. The man in front of me asked for Spicy Italian, the guy put roast beef and turkey on it. Then he had to ask what was supposed to be on it. Same thing happened when I ordered. I asked for the Club, he says "what goes on that?" he works there he should know that and not ask the customer. They need more than one person working the busy times. Waiting 15 minutes is ridiculous. The poor workers there get no help at all. They should not be alone at peak times!!

Gets worse every time I come to this location. Tonight was finally enough. They never have bread and always understaffed or someone is in the back not helping. Tonight I ordered 2 subway melts for the fam like I have 100 times at many locations (including this one) and somehow it becomes an argument of whether or not a subway melt is the same thing as a subway club (it’s not). I stop the girl from making the club but there is already roast beef on one. When I request the bacon included on a melt, she says that I can’t have it on the one that already has the roast beef. After more discussion on the difference between melt and club, I point at that this is a subway ffs; just make the sandwich how I want it and charge me extra if you must. The girl was not really rude or mean about it, just poorly trained and too young to understand how to handle the situation without making an unhappy customer. She even checked the cheat sheets behind the counter, which were either wrong or misread. This was just the last straw after more and more bad experiences here. I’ll go across the street to the wastelands of WalMart next time.

Order here frequently. Generally late food with online ordering, orders sometimes being up to half an hour late. Some generally incompetent workers dragging everyone else down. Was told "I dont check that" when there to get an online pickup. Very disappointing location considering it used to be problem free.
