Mcdonald's

Went through on 10/31 at 4:22pm and got two number seven meals. First set of fries I actually spit my fry out cause it was so cold and hard. Went back through and they replaced our fries. The bag was warm so we pulled away and when I opened it this is what I saw. So much grease, and they’re still cold. Both times we had just pulled out of the drive so it’s not like we drove home and then tried to eat them. I just want my money back but I could tell the children in the window didn’t have a clue on what they were doing. Update. Both of my meals were supposed to be extra onion and two of the burgers did not have extra onions and were dry. Thanks for the old food.

Came though specifically asked for a big mac with quarterpounder meat instead of regular. Was told I'd be charged for the quarter pounder i was ok with it. Big mac has 2 pieces of meat in which i wanted 2 pieces of quarter pounder meat, i even double checked at the window because i basically wanted a big mac with more meat and no pickles. I get home it's a single quarter pounder with all its normal stuff and just lettuce and mac sauce. Completely wrong won't be coming back even tried calling no one picked up

Went through drive thru and wanted a double cheeseburger with no pickle and light mustard and small fry. Fries were cold had to give them back then pull forward and wait for new ones. Got home and my burger had pickles on it and loaded with mustard and ketchup. The one time I didn't check my sandwich. Tried calling store and of course no answer. Bad business.

We went to this McDonald’s with a few hours to go before they closed. There was only one other car in the drivethru, but it did take us quite awhile to be able to place our order. I got a quarter pounder with a Dr. Pepper, and it was all great. The drink wasn’t watered down at all and the sandwich was prepared well and had good flavor. Sadly their ice cream machine was down, but I won’t ding them for that since I know it’s out of their control. Overall an above-average McDonald’s experience.

When we first got there, no one was at the drive through to take our order waited at lest 5 minutes (keep in mind it was open and people were in there) so we drove to the 2nd window and the lady said “yea come drive up again” so we did and they were people already there and took our order when we were their first. We ordered 4 mc flurries they were almost 20 dollars, waited 4 minutes. they lady came out with them and and literally the mc flurries were half way fully and looked honestly disgusting because typically if you’re gonna buy Mc flurries they would be almost full and up to the lid of the cup. The white lady keep saying she mix them and yea we know your supposed to mix them obviously and she still beginning to argue saying she mix them. So we got tired of it she aggressively took them out of my hands and went back inside, and went to get our refund. we drove back to 2nd window and we did get our refund back but it took at lest 24 hrs for them to give back our money.

If could give a zero star rating I would have.we went threw the drive threw and got the bogo for $1 quarter pounder special. The person at the window had no manners or respect for customer service then when we got our order our burgers were cold and raw yes raw pink meat. There is no reason this should have happened I known there is timers on cook times. We did not even get I'm sorry or anything from not one employee. Please beware and double check your food as this can make someone very I'll
