New crew is absolutely terrible. Don’t know their own menu. They will argue with you over items you’ve been ordering longer than they’ve been working there. A simple replacement turned into two return trips through the drive through and a refund after the woman in the window starting giving us an attitude about a problem we were well within our rights to be upset about. Go to another location this one is ruined.

No matter what Taco Bell you go to it seems like your order is never right I even go to the extent of ordering on the app most of the time they're out of a lot of stuff and many of the locations the hours vary from store to store. Overall ok place too stop at get a meal real quick.

Horrid service, sloppy food, missing food, beef burrito supreme was as small as a cheese roll up. Dont ask for extra, pay for e tra and expect it. You wont get it! To quote an 80's commercial "where's the beef?"

Taco bell east Alexis Rd. Toledo Ohio is a joke , this is like the 3rd time recently I've been there and they were out of beef and closing at 8pm , went to the other taco bell west Alexis by Lowes and they were fully stocked and staffed , business as usual.....

Pintos and cheese cups were only half full. Both burritos only had sour cream on one end. If you're going to make food, do it right ok. Stop skimping and give people what they pay for...I hear too many people complaining about your store and that includes me.

I am usually missing items from my order. It's rare they get it 100% correct. They also are out of a lot of things on a regular basis. I know it's fast food, but it's still annoying.

The lady taking our order in the drive-thru was very patient as I was trying to get my kids orders right and even when I forgot to add the cinnamon twist she was kind enough to add it to my order when I pulled to the window. She was very kind, had great attitude to please customers and the food was delicious and got everything that was ordered, which has been uncommon when I go through drive-thru recently.

Horrible staff! Other locations don't charge for subbing beef to beans and have that on the screen in those words. This location made me pay 5 dollars extra and laughed in my face! Ever heard of vegetarians?
