Jamba Juice

3 stars because the smoothies are good but the customer service definitely needs improvement. I politely asked the girl if she could add a sweetener to my matcha smoothie because it was strong and bitter and she decided to remake it for me, she was polite about it but her coworker (female) made a smart remark at me (Rude!) I was respectful and the comment wasn’t needed. I have every right to get what i paid for. I will continue to go to Jumba just not here, I will not waste my money on rude service again! She told me with attitude “you have to describe what you want” and last time i checked there’s no bitter matcha drink on the menu so they were obviously new.

Horrible customer service. I came to this location on November 4th at around 3 o’clock and when I came I had tried ordering a vanilla blue sky bowl and I had to repeat myself multiple times because the woman working had her AirPod in talking on the phone to her friend while taking my order. After I thought she had finally heard me and I paid I was waiting only to receive the wrong thing as it wasn’t the bowl. When I tried to bring it to her attention that I received the wrong item she told me I needed to be specific and that I never said bowl when I had said it at least twice. She was incredibly rude and then continued to talk on the phone as I walked away frustrated with something I didn’t order because I didn’t want to make it a big deal I just wanted what I ordered

There was 1 worker which would be okay if he worked at a decent speed. I ordered 5 smoothies before they opened and it said it would be ready 14 minutes after opening. Upon getting there 10 minutes opening there was already a line. By the time I got to the checkout to pick up my order he told me that he still has to make them. Then proceeded to take other orders and make them before even starting on mine. I am not waiting and it's 30 minutes past opening and still don't have my smoothies and there are 8 people in line still who have not ordered or gotten anything as he has been working on my order. It is crazy to watch the slowness and the amount of people who have gotten in line and left because it was taking to long. Update: it took the guy 25 minutes to just make my 5 items. Won't be coming here ever again.

I normally have a pleasant experience here and the juice is amazing. However, last night I had a taste for Jamba, but when I got there around 8:25p- 8:30 ish, the employees were leaving. I asked them were they still open and the reply I got was, "well we've shut everything down and we're going to get food". I was standing there dumbfounded because, one of you could have stayed to service the customer and secondly, I drove all the way to the mall just to get a Jamba in which I didn't because they both wanted to leave at the same time to get food and technically your booth was still open for another thirty minutes. SMH
