Today, I ordered online and employees were so rude, bcz of mobile app there are some issues with location. When I asked them my food they refused to make it. I show them my online order too but there was a girl who literally said, I can't make it. Such a bad experience.

Staff should be more focused on serving rather than talking to each other… nobody hv time to wathich them to sorting out their own stuff.. thanks

Poorly attired employees and the service also matches the attire! No proper training, this is a great reflection on Management and store Owner(s). Affordability can be sometimes damaging to a Brand. The service at this location is deplorable! A bunch of untidy employees serving food in fake nails no gloves and hands all over the lids of customers cups. Chit Chatting, looking clueless and a long line up of guess to be served. UNACCEPTABLE! Invest in uniforms, and proper training. Don't damage the brand!

I am really disappointed by staff. This place is an great example of poor service. Probably they know that they are under sub standard that is why they did not put name plates on their uniform. Two ladies were working there with no face expressions supporting customer service. no greetings no wishes and standing like a they don’t want any customers over there. i saw nobody going satisfied from there. i have lot to say but probably i should talk to tim’s complaint department. i was always happy with standard provided by tim bit this time badly unsatisfied. one bad part is i was asking lady please stir my tea well but one team member is asking to other ignore him. i mean really.. i was trying to be very nice and polite. Moreover i ordered two crispy chicken wraps then i understand if you are of crispy chicken then politely tell me we are out i won’t mind and would love to order something else. But those members were like why even i dare to ask them before even if we have food in stock. I request management to provide them better training or close there store and get other franchise a chance to show there service. This all happened on October 5, 20 around 08:53 p
