Order online if you want food from here. The customer service is sub-par, and they prioritize online orders over any in-store customer. To the point that if you are about to order and an online order comes in, they will have you wait while they fulfill five or more online orders for people who aren't even there, then eventually take your order. The best I can describe it, is they make you feel like a burden. The food itself is decent though, so if you want food order online.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars!! We recently moved here from Washington state where we frequented QDOBA often!! We have tried this location 3 times now and I will NEVER RETURN! The customer service is AWFUL and the food is sub par! When I would get a bowl back in Spokane it was always loaded! They skimp you on everything here!! But I wish I knew how to put into words just how HORRENDOUS the customer service is on every single level here!! Today I couldn’t help but laugh to myself that after the lady rung me up and I paid she literally left my good on her side of the counter and completely walked away from the area I was like ummmm are we finished? She just looked at me and kept walking away! I’m sad to say I gave them 3 tries to even remotely treat their customers with some kind of respect but nope they cannot and I will never give them another dime!! And from the looks of all the reviews I’m not the only one who feels this way!

They provided small portions for what I received. Also, when I asked for an extra scoop of salsa they said they would have to charge me. I don’t get any cheese and thought it could counter balance the “extra” salsa request, and mentioned it to the worker. The worker said it doesn’t work like that and then blamed it on supply chain shortage? Vegetables are not in shortage for salsa.

the portion is great! I’m a chipotle girl but idk man, qdoba be bussssssssssin more lately 🤣 might have to switch over lmao 2 things I will say though, the first few times I went in, there was this younger looking boy who I think was in training? He messed up my whole order and gave me the small bowl when I ordered the big one lol but it’s ok. People make mistakes! It was still good though lol just be more careful! And when scooping beans and stuff, make sure to not put all the “juices” cus my bowl looked like soup the last time i ordered lmao😭🫶🏽 Still will give y’all a 10/10!

Very stingy with amounts. Kept scooping up and dumping back some of the ingredients. The guac was a tiny amount. Was really surprised since they usually give normal amounts every other time we've gone in. Was it because they were about to close? Maybe they wanted to have enough left over to eat for the day? Was just really weird and not normal.
