I had an amazing experience shopping for shoes at this Nordstrom! I believe the person helping me was David and he was so kind and patient. I am pregnant and came in looking for cute and comfortable flats. I left feeling great and with three pairs of cute shoes. Thank you for your kindness and diligence, David!

Worst Nordstrom for buying any men dress related clothes. They are out of stock, hardly any selections, and lack service drive to provide any kind of service. I wanted dress shoes, pants and a long sleeve shirt. I was ready to purchase to get it adjusted, if necessary. No offer, just referred to buy online. no attempt to show me the types of brands they carried. When asked about my waist size, I didn't know and requested it to be measured. No attempt to measure.

In a world where customer service is declining, I needed someone like Erika, to restore my faith in customer service! Erika is the manager at the Charlotte Tilbury counter, and she is so wonderful, knowledgeable and you can tell just a genuinely good human. She took time to show me products I’ve been curious about, and even helped me with an eye look to make my life easier. Her customer service is above and beyond, and I was so grateful for my experience with her! If you’re needing anything Charlotte, she’s got your back!

Had to buy a suit today on short notice. Literally starting from scratch as I don't normally wear them. Matthew helped me out and was a total champ, grabbing a bunch of different choices for me to try out every step of the way. It looked like he was also helping out a few other people simultaneously, but somehow he still made it feel like I was the only customer he was tending to. Also have to give a shout out to the tailoring crew. I was afraid I was SOL because the event is in just a couple of days, but they said they could get it done by then, no problem. All around great experience, I'm really looking forward to picking up my new suit!

i didn't catch her name but this one young lady helped us with our transaction even as the store was almost fully closed, and when the Nordstrom entrances were fully closed she not only gave us directions on how to get back into the mall but also walked with us allll the way to one of the exits. she was so friendly and giving for our whole interaction, again, even as the store was closed!! i wish i caught her name but i believe she was Asian and had eyelash extensions Lol GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE She deserves it !!!
