Wendy's

Went for breakfast. Thought I got lucky, pulled up to the drive thru, no one in front of me. They took my order and I proceeded to wait for for 10 minutes. A line up started to form behind me. Finally got my order and proceeded to pull away when the attendant flagged me down and told me he gave me the wrong order. Waited a few more minutes while they sorted it out. Although they were very polite I wasn't impressed and to top if off my meal was barely warm and mediocre tasting. I wouldn't recommend this establishment.

Arriving at 9am and the dinner menu is posted. Tried to order breakfast baconator and was told baconator was dinner menu only. Attendants accent was so heavy that my husband couldn't understand him. Dining room was dirty and under stocked. Washrooms were FILTHY! Windows and ledges were very dirty. No one in prep or kitchen area wearing hair &/or beard nets.

I've been ordering from this location for 8+ years and almost always have a had excellent experiences, the food was amazing! Since the pandemic I have gotten food poisoning twice from this Wendy's location. I dont think I will continue buying here. They also have been forgetting or adding items that should/shouldn't be on the food. I'm really sad at the quality. They also had a window sticker with Fa**ots spray painted on it up for 3 plus weeks. I even texted a picture and an explanation to Wendy's head office and it took almost another 2 weeks to hear back. I was so offended I even called the store personally to explain how insulting this was and how unprofessional it is for a food establishment to have that stay up for 3 weeks.
