I got Uber Eats from this place and I can say with 100% confidence that this is the worst KFC location I've ever had. The chicken sandwich was so dry, tough, and dark that I thought the meat was off before they fried it. The famous bowl I order was so filled to the brim with oil that I thought it was a soup; it also had a strong metallic taste. I know it's fast food but please don't go here if you value your health.

On 1/21/2022 @ 832pm the women working drive threw was completely unprofessional. Drove up she did not greet us, instead said what do you want! How much more rude can you get. Asked for 2 root beer floats. Her reply was nope we don't have a ice-cream machine. Ok with how dry she was and unprofessional will never return to this location. FYI being a retail SM myself the lack of customer service needs to be addressed and corrected.

If I had a dollar for every time I got home only to discover they forgot the side of coleslaw....id have like $12 but still be out the cost and coleslaw :( I like that its a combo chain with A&W, great onion rings and root beer, but ive never been there when the ice cream machine wasnt broken.... Drive thru is usually quiet though, and its still a guilty pleasure fast food....but most of the time I end up having to pull up to wait for my food, with no one behind me, and they still forget the coleslaw...Such disappointment, but never enough to drive back for it....

I’ll save you the hassle of even thinking about stopping here. The employees are the rudest I’ve ever encountered. I’ve cream machine has been broken for about 6 months. Management doesn’t have a care in the world how customers are treated. We told them we’d probably not come back and we’re told “that’s fine, there’s plenty of other KFC’s for you to go to”
