Josh in the early mornings is super helpful! The cooler had stopped working, but he got me a sandwich from the back today. I was still able to buy my favorite sandwich before a hard day of work, thanks to him!

The young gentleman in the 7-Eleven on 88th and Huron don't seem to think he has to give customer service simple question to him is harder than getting up in the morning I've constantly have bad customer service from this guy he can't seem to answer any questions I have he expects the customer to do everything that is not customer service this is a poor establishment poor customer service

They are so rude and they are not stocked up and they don't maintain or clean the 7-11. I don't recommend using the one on 104th ave.

Four different times I have bought milk that is spoiled. Today I was so excited to drink my chocolate milk and was in a rush did and did not look at the date. Drank the milk and it tasted awful. The milk was 6 days old. I threw up instantly.😢 I know I should look at the date but it is the overnights job to pull expired food. I am giving up milk until further notice.

Have had multiple visits that the employee has rang things up wrong and had I not paid attention would've been out $3 to $4 dollars. Such as purchasing 3 for $5 monster and 2 for $4 rockstar in the same purchase and 1 monster was scanned and rang up 5 times. When confronted about it said clerk gave attitude even after I made them ring it up right to show that I was being ripped off!

Don’t Recommend this location, the employees at this location don’t know how to properly speak English, on top of that I purchased pizza from them that was dried up and tasted like it was sitting there for awhile more than what it should have the employee was on a phone call with someone well scanning all my items and didn’t seem to have a face mask on very unprofessional place.
