Burger King

Sunday, on our way to Church the morning manager was extremely rude. Drive-thru manager was whispering and couldn't be understood, she kept slamming the Drive-thru window while we were still talking... threw our food at us... she was behaving like she would rather be anywhere else... I've been here before and they were pleasant, but if this is new management their crews will follow her lead... so sad because I really love burger King

I hate to be that person that comes on here and gives a bad review to a Burger King that o really enjoy. I always have good experience with their customer service. Today I went through the drive thru.. got home and pulled out my chicken sandwich to find this on my wrapper. I do not need the added protein, Burger King. I’m so so disappointed and extremely grossed out. I didn’t see anything wrong with the chicken sandwich itself but I wasn’t about to try and eat after seeing this. I’m upset because I absolutely love your chicken sandwiches and the one day I actually get the chance to go get one and this happens. Very unfortunate. :(

Visited this Burger King at 8:49pm on Friday. Ordered burgers, fries, drinks and mozerella sticks. The whoppers were cold, the fries were cold. The mozzarella sticks were not even edible. The cheese was either non existent or hard. The sticks were dry, and hard as a piece of cardboard. Disgusting is an understatement. Even my poor dog didn’t eat it.

Older women in the drive thru are super rude.. -000 customer service they try to act like they cannot hear you and give you horrible attitude. I saw them coughing in peoples food and laughing. I wonder if they did the same thing to mine? ALL of my food was COLD and STALE super disgusting, and to top it off there was a bug in my sandwich..

When asking for woppers with no onions employees are required to make a new burgers. Not here they just take the onion off and give it to the person now my wife is having an allergic reaction. Good job Burger King on another great mess up I’m so happy you properly trained employees. Just be lucky she had her epi or things would have been bad.

So I have tried calling the store, but no one has answered my calls. But I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and it was old and parts of it were hard as a rock. Both my fiance's and my son's whoppers where cold. They were not busy by any means when I went thru the drive thru, regardless if they were busy or not, there is no excuse for the way our order was made. I have very disappointed and dissatisfied. It doesn't give me an option to post pictures, but I do have pictures as well.
