Chicken Express

On 6/29 @ 12:03 p.m, we ordered 2 combos. A # 1 and a 2 piece fish combo. The tenders were by no means fresh and practically inedible as was the fish. I called and spoke with the manager on duty and she informed me that I would have to bring the food back b4 a refund or meal replacement could happen. I wasn't trying to get a free meal! I just wanted to let them know, period! The young lady was very nonchalant and really didn't seem to care! Conclusion to the matter, I did not return nor will I ever again. My family and I frequent this Chicken Express on Arkansas Blvd at least 4 to 5 times weekly. Not anymore!

I wish I could give you guys zero stars instead of one star. We placed an order for 30 tenders family meal. We are not from here nor have we ever been here before. I can say I will never spend my money with you guys ever again. We spoke to one of the Manger Zack and he was rude and getting smart. We didn't get any sauce for our tenders nor any utensil for our sides. Zack you need to learn how to talk to your customers and I don't see how you are a Manger with that type of attitude.

Always Fresh And Very Quick Service. Went May 24th, There Was A Line At The Drive Thru, They We're Very Quick At Getting Us Thru. The Chicken Was Hot and Fresh, The Biscuits, Melted In Your Mouth Fresh, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy Hot And Just Right. Our Order Was Correct. The Total Was Less Than $14.00 For Two People. Cheaper Too Get Something Already Cooked, Than Too Buy Groceries, Cook, Clean Up After A Long Day Working. Very Friendly Customer Service. Excellent, Fresh Super.
