Mcdonald's

We come here on Sundays to get ice cream cone practically every week as a treat. Usually the cones come is funny bloop bloop looking shapes when we get it. We are only sad when the cone is small like only two swirls small. We like our cones towering and eye buldging big as preference. So we have fun with it. The machine has never been down since we started coming here. The fries are usually hot and salted. We always use drive through. It's so crowded here usually I wonder when a second store will come to our town because we could use another!

Absolutely the worst McDonald's location I have ever been to. Not only was I in line just like everybody else ordering two cheeseburgers and two small fries and one hot and spicy they made me pull to the second window no big deal as they always make me pull to the second window nothing new at this location but then proceeded to give five other cars their order one car also had to pull up and they got their order taking to their car before I received mine so they had 6 cars that were behind me help before I was help then when I finally got my food both fries were cold which everything should have been hot considering I waited an extra 15 minutes for my order and was missing my hot and spicy chicken which is why I assumed they made me pull up but still did not get it anyways they are constantly out of stuff for example a couple weeks ago I came through the line they did not have any chicken products they are always out of half of their drinks and don't get me started on the kids meals they always forget to put the toy and apple slices in there I've been coming to this location unfortunately for the last couple years and not one time has my order ever been correct I don't know why at this point I have not went to the other location 10ish minutes down the road in forney. Management is a joke at this location they do not train their employees at all correctly especially coming from a person that has worked at McDonald's twice at a younger age and it's not that hard to get an order correct I've worked at fast food and restaurants in my younger years. With the proper training there should not be as many mistakes that are made at this location. I am only now leaving a review after horrible service time and time again because the person that did give me my order had complete attitude so unprofessional especially in front of my children.

I ordered 3 sandwiches, 1 order of fries, 2 orders of nuggets, and a Sprite. At the first window i was asked did I have the 2 orders of nuggets, I said yes. I assumed this was to confirm I was the correct car... At the 2nd window, I was given a bag, told thank you, then I said that I had a Sprite, was given the drink, but when I arrived home, the Sprite was just carbonated water, and there weren't any nuggets in the bag at all, which is what was used to confirm I was the correct car in the first place.
