Panera Bread

The place is inside the Marshall Student Center. Staff members are very friendly (especially the senior ones). The place gets super packed at peak hours. There is plenty of room for the coffee taste to improve. Update : from 4 stars to 1 stars New staff members at the location are rude and unfriendly unlike the previous ones. The crowd is very low and the hours of operation are super limited. Don't know why they are so rude and unhelpful.

Though am I am fan of the Panera menu, this location is abhorrent. It has awful customer service (they can never answer questions about the menu and are overall unhelpful), and they never fail to ruin my order (i.e. burn it, cross contaminate it with another menu item, or seemingly serve it past its expiration date). Tonight, there was a fly in my son’s (to go) salad. I literally can’t even imagine how that would happen. This place is run by teenagers and needs a real grown up to step in. I really hope it shuts down soon. Tonight was definitely my last night spending money there.

I came to the Panera at USF and they were extremely friendly and welcoming. I was sick and they made sure that I got my hot tea and told me to feel better. They were attentive to their customers and did it with a smile on their face. These employees at this particular Panera is unlike any other. I would know, I’ve worked at other Panera’s in the Tampa area and I have not experienced or witnessed the kind of customer service I’ve received today.

I love Panera and after moving near USF this was the closest one to me. I’m a Panera regular so I go here frequently... and after a few months of coming here multiple times a week, this is the absolute worst Panera I’ve ever been to. They mess my order up at least once a week, they are consistently out of food items, the bakery items are stale, and the customer service is horrible! The only people that are considerate and actually seem like they know what they are doing are the managers and shift leaders. This location is ruining Panera for people!
