I wish I could leave 0 stars. Pulled into the drive through and waited, and waited. Someone else pulled into the drive through next to us and they took there order. Then someone else pulled behind them and they too their order. Still heard nothing from our side so we left. FIX YOUR STUFF BK OR BLOCK IT OFF!
Update 2-19-22 decided to go back and give them another chance. Pulled into the drive through and sat for 5 minutes without being greeted or acknowledged. Done with this location! I wonder if the owner knows what’s going on here?

$15 an hour... Yall want $15 an hour and cannot make a freekin burger the way it is asked to be made... So over this place. Ordered a sweet tea.... I got tea with 3 sugar packets... Never told that it was unsweet!! Welp... Yet another place down the drain. So much for the motto of your own employer... You get what ever they make you.

Waited a good 15 minutes in drive thru in the outer lane and the car in front of me served they were not being waited on. Finally gave up went inside to get my order there are what appears to be 2 workers, working on the drive thru orders wait another good 10 minutes without being acknowledged and I finally just left. Worst service ever don't think I'll go back. Happens so the time. These people need to get their shot together! Not going back!

Went by the Burger King location off of West Adams went through drive-through waiting for about 15 minutes. Ordered a couple double whoppers two kids meals some mozzarella sticks and a couple drinks. This was the worst service and food quality that I’ve ever gotten at a burger stand. Both of our burgers were cold extremely cold both kids mealsWe’re also cold The mozzarella sticks cheese wasn’t even melted it was already hard the fries were poor my daughters chicken nuggets were dry and cold and dark brown instead of being a golden brown. The only thing that was good that we receive were the drinks and the ketchup packets. Went back to get a refund And when we walked in there employees We’re wearing the hat backwards Any management looked sloppy. Beware of this location. That’ll be the last time we ever visit that Burger King

Don't bother using the app and expect to pick up in the drive thru like everywhere else. Will not happen. If you order a shake and they out it into a drink holder, make sure you have napkins when you try to get it out. Also seems like the only sauce you will get it ketchup regardless of what the order says. Remove the tape from the bag and make sure your order is correct. Doing a charge back through the app for missing items is a pain.

I've had enough of this particular location. They are super slow for one. I waited 20 minutes in the drive through behind 6 other cars and still never even got to place an order. Today, I waited in the outside lane at the speaker and watched 2 vehicles place their order at the inner speaker that arrived AFTER I did. This is the slowest most poorly ran burger King I have ever been to and that's saying alot since I've had Burger King all over the world.

Just wanted to share that it was a ruff day for me so I had to pick me up something to eat on my way home. I chose Burger King tonight. They got my order right. Asked me if I wanted any sauce @ the first window. When I went to the second window she handed me my food & said Thank you & to have a good night. That was so pleasant to me. Anywhoo, point being, some ppl just hand you your food. I can't imagine after the day I had & I would of had to endure a wrong order or rude service. So Kudos to good Customer Service! It does make a difference! Btw It was 8:28pm on 12/25/22.

The staff made my order exactly how I wanted it and even made me laugh. I enjoyed the conversation we had while taking my order and the food was very much to my liking. 10/10
