On 12/27/19 at 9:09pm transactions #13189 The female in charge is very rude. After I placed the order I asked Veronica to cut the burger in half (I like the meat well done), but they forgot to do it. When my order #82 was ready, I asked one more time to cut the burger in half, and the female in charge refused to do it because the tray with burger and fries passed some kind of limit and it would contaminate the kitchen. It wasn’t even handed to me yet. That’s ridiculous! Can some one let her know that the customer is number #1? And please, make sure she doesn’t yells when she calls the order number. I was there and she screams like crazy.

They were closing for a deep cleaning so I kind of felt bad. I should have probably tipped more but maybe I will come back again and make up for it. Additionally, I asked for a special request. No saurkraut and add mustard to the bun and toast it in the grill. Oh man, it totally worked too. It was perfect. I might have made a secret menu item, teehee...lol
