Just came back home from DD. Ordered an everything bagel and got a sesame bagel. Also ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and got it with veggie bacon, which is absolutely disgusting for my taste and the four bagels barely had cream cheese. Very disappointed.

Fantastic experience! I ordered number “6” donuts for my daughter’s birthday. The company messed up and didn’t make enough blue ones like I ordered. The manager, Farheen, went above and beyond to make up for it. She asked me for a photo of my daughter and made custom donuts in 15 minutes. Now THAT’S customer service. Well done. We will be back for sure.

Its National Coffee Day and they refused to give my free coffee with purchase. I come here because its Kosher and pass several other DD yet they were nasty about the free coffee with purchase. NEVER AGAIN.SMH!!!

My experience at this particular DD store has been EXCELLENT!!!! I'm an over nite worker and ABSOLUTELY need MY COFFEE!!! These Beauties are consistent they make my cup the same way every time. It's the closing shift at the TEANECK RD STORE. These ladies never miss. They know me and train all of the new people very well. My order is ready to go when I arrive. They are a blessing to the community that work at nite. ABSOLUTELY LOVE THESE BEAUTIES!!!!
