My family and I have been here 3 times this week and this place has not yet disappointed us. Food has been extremely fresh, beverages are tasteful, and service has been top notch. Henry has been so friendly making us feel like family. This place deserves more then a 5 star rating!

I frequent this Tim's a couple times a week. I have had a few orders messed up and haven't complained, because I know they are busy and short staffed at times. The drive thru speaker being near 75/Telegraph, the truck traffic is load. Today I ordered my usual meal with a iced coffee, and the woman employee taking my order questioned "Are you sure you want cream and sugar?", I replied yeah! She gave me the wrong total at the speaker and when I arrived at the window she is in the background talking disrespectful about me to her fellow employees. Come to find out the drink she was questioning was the wrong drink, it was a Ice Cap. If the employee had confirmed the drink order before being disrespectful she would have understood why I wanted cream and sugar, but instead she continues to make jokes about how she is never wrong about orders. Obviously you are wrong and you have lost a patron because of it!

I don’t know why they say they open at 6:00am? That is false advertisement! This place has ppl in it at 6:00am…but definitely don’t move the cones to serve customers in the drive threw until almost 7:00am…I can’t even count how many customers I see come & then just leave during this time…talk about missing money without a care…these owners properly don’t even know the workers are missing so much money 🤦🏻♀️

Went into this Timmy Ho’s and the staff was rube and non helpful. Then we started to look around and the place was a mess. And MOLD on the surface area that they were making food. Slowly at that. Then when they were told they told us they would look into it. I asked for a manager and they told me they would be out. never saw them. So I called the hot line for Tim hortons and asked to be called and o could show them the pictures. After the 3rd time and no response I gave up. So if you ever eat here you are taking your life on your own hands. This was prior to COVID 19 but still. I would not eat there and left.

I placed a order through their app and added delivery . It cost me 22.00 dollars for a large iced coffee, a doughnut , and ten timbits, this was with a tip to the driver that was through doordash. The order was completely wrong . I tried calling them and it rings and fax picks up. Doordash won’t fix it because it wasn’t placed in their app. I would never recommend this location this is the 2nd time they have messed my order up , shame on me for going back .

Rude customer service horrible. Manager Nathan is rude disrespectful no customer service skills. Attitude cause he gave me an ice capp that was leaking all over me & my vehicle

This is not my first time coming to this location. I usually order iced cap and every time I come, the drink still tastes very bland as if they don't mix the ice, milk and coffee together. My drink tastes like iced milk more than coffee. They really need an improvement or they will just lose more customers, especially when they're located at a crowded area.

I order coffee that was not hot , I told the guy at window he took it back and add hot water instead to give me warm coffee I’m very unhappy with service.
