Luck Star Buffet

The food wasn’t good, the tables were dirty they don’t clean off their supplies that stay on the table, (salt,pepper and Tabasco sauce) had to put a napkin over them due to how sticky and unclean, only get 1 water bottle your whole time being there, but it’s called a buffet? There was pieces of hair stuck to our table, the employee wasn’t very polite, a broom that is used to clean the floor was used to brush the seat off. Do not recommend this place if your looking for Chinese food!

On top of being very rude when asked for anything, this is what would get for $15. See pictures. Half the buffet is empty with dry leftovers food. Very disgusting and filthy tables, chairs and floors. They charge $1 for Sam's Club 20 cents water. (Not included in the price) 11 year old counts as adult! Very greedy. Deserves minus 5 stars rating. Take your money somewhere else

It's not the same as before..😔 felt like I walked into a soup kitchen with canned pops, foam plates, plastic utensils, half the lights were off and the AC was barely on. As soon as we walked in, there was no greeting us. "HOW OLD THE KIDS?" Is their greeting here... I think this was my last trip here...Gonna have to make that drive to 14 Mile and John R to Fuji Buffet that I highly recommend over this place. Sorry for the honesty

The food was good, fresh if they catch the refill. If they can increase the price pro- pandemic, they can give us real utensils so we don't get our hands in our food. Cutlery was flimsy and short, so big hands was like using child size. It's time to give us real plates and cutlery. A glass for soda. Water should be free, but I received bottled purified water (no choice for spring). I don't drink purified. Again, food was good, set up needs to be updated to accomodate a restaurant dine in.

Environment was absolutely disgusting right off the bat. There was food scattered all over the carpet, the tables hadn’t been cleaned off, and the salt & pepper shakers were extremely greasy and sticky. We had to pay $1 extra for each water we ordered, plus refills! You couldn’t even get a proper refill considering how the water is served in cheap Sam’s Club bottles. The water wasn’t even cold either! Plates are made of foam and the utensils are made of plastic! Food is not even that good either. The sweet chicken was watery and undercooked, and the Mac & Cheese was also pretty watery and gross. Food is days old, and the service is terrible! No waitresses to come and ask if we needed anything, and the staff is incredibly rude. Lights are very dim, and the food is extremely expensive. Not even a “goodbye” when we left! Not worth the cash! Stay far!

We used to really enjoy eating here as a family. It's really went downhill. The food, the atmosphere, the building. There's no way we should be paying 15.99 to eat half the food we used to and eat on styrofoam and dollar store plastic forks that you can't even pick food up with. Bathrooms are disgusting as well.
