Items missing and wrong.. what they did get right item wise the quality was just awful.. did someone really look at this bagel and thought yeah this is fine?
Called and spoke with manager and he was easy to work with and put in for a refund.. I'm normally not a caller but this was just too wrong to not bring to someone's attention. 3 star instead of 1 only because manager was easy to work with and get things fixed.

The cashier was friendly, the rest of the staff too busy to be friendly. But the reason for 1 star is in the pic.
This is PATHETIC for a $10 sandwich. I can get better quality than this from a gas station refrigerator. My combo for this, a bowl of soup (canned soup quality), and coffee (ok this was pretty good but also overpriced) was just under $20. Outrageous. Now I remember why I stopped going to Panera, and I won't be returning.

Its mind blowing that the staff here will consistently mess up the same sandwich every single time. If you don't have an ingredient, please let your customers know ahead of time and not be surprised that you made sandwiches without the major ingredients. I even stop giving my rewards information in hopes that they will make my sandwiches right but it's always the same disappointment. Giving good customers service is not hard, most of the time when people complain they just want you to listen. Your afternoon managers young Caucasian female* African American gentleman needs training in resolution and customer service. The Caucasian female manager is very rude!!! I have been going to this particular location for the last 7 years, no issues on I believe the manager Sam shift but these last 8 months service and customers service specifically on the afternoon shift has been dreadful. When your staff consistently mess up the same sandwich literally every single time during an 8-months duration even on the two free coupons offered there is a problem. Sadly, as much as I like Panera bread this is it!! I'll take my money where the service is right, or openness to make it right.

Absolutely discusting. Took 28 minutes for 2 sandwiches and the chicken nor steak was done wasn’t done. No one else in the restaurant but us. Also one lady at the counter was being rude to a customer.

Ordered for curbside, they didn't bring it out for a while and ended up just going inside to get it. Ordered bagels which we had no issues with. We ordered honey walnut and chive onion cream cheese tubs but only got 4 1oz containers, after ordering 2 tubs of honey walnut and 1 of chive onion.

Something I have to continue to learn, Panera is not the best place for value play. Half a sandwich and small salad will cost you 11 dollars. However, if you compare it to good restaurants, that's not as bad. This being said, service was kind, food was great! And had a pleasant experience.

Very disappointing customer service. Female manager working today was extremely rude and hung up on me on the phone. Older woman working the front register with “team lead” on her name pin was extremely rude and was apparently too busy having conversation with another employee to take any orders, mine included. (There were 3 people in line) and she clearly made eye contact with the customers (including myself) that were patiently waiting to be served right in front of her. Overall, very dissatisfied with this experience. Unacceptable.

Ordered delivery through the Panera app, not a third party. Paid $53 for lunch and 3 items were missing; half my order. Called and the manager tried to direct me to door dash even though I didn't order through them. Then he offered a refund. Never got it. Called the following week and was told a manager would contact me. Well another week has gone by and a big fat nothing again. I paid delivery and pre-tipped for this? I do not like paying for items I do not get!!
