Taco Bell

Unbelievable but true. We had went there about an hour ago to order my wife's favorite " Nacho Fries " an a couple tacos ...we go to pay except we didn't realize our credit card didn't have enough money ! So I just asked for her " Nacho Fries " instead . Not only were they incredibly nice & polite about the whole thing , the 2 women working said they'd give us the rest of our order if we promised to fill out their survey ... WoW , with a very bad streak of luck lately we're more than happy to do this plus go back to pay the rest of our bill too ! God Is Great

I always come to this location and never have issues with the staff. However yesterday at around 6pm I ordered my food the women taking my order was rude and some how things got confused. Which was not a big deal. She rang me up for a deluxe something. It had like 10 tacos or something. I was trying to get the 5 dollar box. She was kinda quick when ordering so I didn’t get a chance to ask why it was so high. I get to the window and figure out why. So I ask if she can just give me a burrito and drink. Because that’s not what I was trying to order. She slams the window and I can here say well it’s already made. Now I can see why that would upset them but at the same time things happen. She opens the window and tells me her manager said i have to pull around in this long line and reorder my food because they can’t fix that at the window. That upset me. how would that even be something you would suggest as a manager? Then she proceeded to slam the window and lock it. Wth! I wave at her to speak to her and ask the managers name and also hers and she throws her hands up At me and slams it again. I had to call back today just to get the managers name from a different shift. Debbie that works at this taco bell is absolutely going to drag the place down giving that kind of customer service. I called another Taco Bell and they tell me Yea we get stuff about that one all the time and apologized. Never again. The worst!

Every time me and my ex-boyfriend call or place a order for pickup the doors are never open and they never reimbursed us for our money for the order that we placed that we never got ecorse road in Taylor. The mobile app needs to be fixed if the doors aren't going to be open to pick up the mobile order inside then the mobile order needs to say that the inside is shut and you cannot pick up your order that way you're not stuck with paying money that you're not going to get reimbursed and then get no food and then the lines are always extremely long and then also the staff is extremely understand and rude and our food is never correct and we always have to go back through the extremely long lines and get the food corrected they never give us silverware or straws please can someone correct this

So I literally stop here all the time. Usually fantastic service and better than most others around. So my kid is eating his quesadilla and he says there was something in it. We laughed originally saying yeah it’s chicken then he took another bite and a 6-8 inch long light colored hair comes out of it. Disgusting right? So I called and some kid is like so what’s the problem? Left me on hold then went on to get some other person on who said I’m sorry there are no women with light colored hair working right now so you must just want something for free then left me on hold til he hung up about 5 minute later. Gotta love working for $15/ hour doing something so hard as making a taco 😂😂😂

Cinnabons came out cold, went back through the drive thru and asked for some fresh ones. The lady in the headset told me there supposed to come out cold and they warm up after two minutes , so I said " okay let me try one real quick. I took a bite and said "no they're still cold" and the headset lady told me theyre supposed to be cold, and I drove off because I did not want to deal with her ignorance.
