Great Dunkin's! Can't sit here and eat but the food and coffee was on-point. The employees was super friendly, especially when my 4 year old was only pointing to the donuts. They took the time to figure out exactly which one wanted. They also smiled and were very polite, which we don't see enough of.

The Sunday morning crew at this place is a joke. They can’t even take an order right never mind make a coffee right. I ordered a LG ice coffee. A LG hot coffee and a donut. They charged me for a lg hot and 2 lg iced coffees and when I told them I didn’t order 3 coffees I get attitude. And the 2 coffees I ordered were not even made right.

I just feel like I am bothering them to even be there placing an order and Heaven forbid you want your order to be correct that gall I have thinking I deserve what I paid for. I don’t think smiles are something they know how to do and I just always think it’s rude to be having a LOUD inappropriate conversation while trying to take orders. Customer service is just not their strong suit. I’ve seen them yelling at customers and even when someone is wrong screaming like a toddler isn’t exactly how you respond to someone just talking to you. I hate saying this but it atmosphere is very immature and seems more like high school than a work place. I honestly feel like they do not realize they are in the customer service field, I don’t want or expect perfect service but feeling like a burden every order isn’t right either. If I could I’d go anywhere else.

Excellent service, friendly people. Except for the douche (morning) manager. Make sure you place your order before asking to use the restroom. I went through the drive-thru, sat in my car for a bit and went in to use the restroom. Even after explaining this i was still told i have to order, again!?? Seriously?? Not to mention Ive been coming here almost every morning for a couple years.He is a real p*ick about using the facilities. Get a hobby guy. Thanks for making me feel like a degenerate, you power tripping little weasel. I feel bad for the people that have to work under you....Loser.

I hate when no one asks anymore if u can you received the automatically just throw it away which I think is so on professional because I like to keep all my receipts I'm just one of those type of people and there's others to feel the same way. So the customer service is kind of bad today but it's all right maybe the next batch of workers would do a much better job
