Went to buy Fanta soda and clerk refused to honor 2 for $3.50 on 20oz coke products saying Pepsi brings it so it doesn't count. Fanta IS a Coca Cola product. If they aren't going to honor it, they should remove it due to FALSE advertising. Really disappointed the store is cheating it's customers

I passed by the store twice a day on my commute, I have walked into the store three times. The first time I was carrying my own sugar-free coffee creamer with the intent of buying breakfast and coffee. They do not provide sugar-free options and creamer so I brought my own. I was told I could not do so. I walked out. The second time I came to attempt patronage at the store the same elderly black lady behind the counter told me I had to remove my hood in order to shop there. I am a 40 year old woman, in jeans and a hoodie on a 40 degree day. Again I walked out The third time I tried to come in and grab a cup of coffee hoping that the same lady who is always rude would not be there. She was there and again told to remove my hoodie in the store. I walked the f*** out. I will not try another time to patronize this store.

The clerk had and has on numerous occasions had the worst attitude towards customers simply for asking her something that pertains to her duties of her job. Extremely disappointed

Old lady that work morning shift, is a crazy lady. Overcharge me and my girlfriend all the time, she gets really mad if I ask for receipt. One time she wouldn't bake a pizza for me. I spent 15 min on a parking lot talking on a phone and was trying to pick a movie out at the red box, she came out and kicked me out and wouldn't let me use the store. She is really nervous all the time. Before there was much better employees was working there. I use to enjoy going shopping at this store now I hate it.

The older lady in there is really rude and is choosey Based on your skin color. This store is half empty all the time never have fresh coffee they let homeless hang out. Sad I live a block away and will never come here again. 56th and Portland will be the one I go to for now on. Very bad service.

This is the worst 7/11 in the area. It's the closest one to where I live and most times I go out of my way to avoid it. But sometimes you're so tired from work you don't want to drive farther than you have to. Unfortunately I made the mistake twice this week. Always someone panhandling in the parking lot if not multiple people. They'll even approach your vehicle and knock on your window to ask. The store is dirty and the staff is rude beyond believe. They're more focused on talking to each other and hanging out than doing their job. Two ladies working the cash registers had me and three other people waiting in line standing there while they stood behind the counter and spoke to eachother as if they were on a break. Everyone was complaining and shaking their head. One person even walked out. My visit on 1/20/19 there were four people hanging outside asking for money by the redbox. There was also a guy who was clearly drunk who parked sideways blocking the handicap parking spot and the main walkway marked with white lines causing my disabled father to not be able to enter the store because we parked too far for him to walk comfortably. When I mentioned it to the workers they just laughed and said anything outside the store isn't their problem as they sold the guy more alcohol and he stumbled his way out. My visit 1/21/19 the same people working the registers doing the same thing. Talking away and standing there keeping people waiting. They didn't ID me for alcohol I was buying and when I showed her my ID she just laughed and didn't pay it any attention. Made unnecessary comments as I left about not partying too hard. I just kept quiet. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they've sold to minors due to carelessness. Cherry ontop was she wouldn't bag my alcohol. Pretty sure you can't just walk around with a bottle in your hand in public. This place needs a whole new staff or to be shut down. I reccomend going out of your way to the ones off McKinney ave, they are wayyyyy better than this location.
