Pretty chill Arby’s location and crew working at this location. Definitely better than the experience I had at Café Zupas across street from here where the crew didn’t acknowledge me. Good to know there’s some great people who aren’t superficial in Syracuse.

The taste is very consistent of Arby's.
The staff is always super nice amd professional. The food has always been warm and they are great with adjustments on the food for preference and dietary restrictions. Some times there is a long wait and others they are super quick. And time of day doesn't make a difference.

The place was very nice and the food was good. The girl behind the counter was very helpful and friendly. She also brought our food out to us which was very nice. I tried their new burger and it was pretty tasty, but for the price I probably wouldn't get it again.

I think this is the most presentable Arby's I have been to or it could be a new location too that's why it looks really nice. On their food, can't comment much since I like food in Arby's compared to other food/burger chains so food here of course are prepared same as rest of locations. The inside looks really nice compared to other locations. Very clean and well maintained. Staff are attentive. Parking around the building is sufficient.
