Te'kela

Looking for a good Mexican restaurant in Sylvania and stumbled upon Te'kela's. First impressions are that the air conditioning works great in the summer. Spacious seating inside and at the bar. Wait staff are friendly and the food and drinks are good. Great deals are to be made during happy hour and there's live music on Monday night.

Nice quaint setting , food was not the best Cheese queso was great , chips were greasy Chicken fajitas had no taste at all, vegetables were crunchy with no char Steak Fajita chimichanga had no flavor and found skin from onion inside of it , spent $40 on this meal , did get a $3 discount for the onion skin but for the price of the food it wasn't worth it , I've made better Fajitas at home

Place is amazing. The vibe is very chill... Live music, great food... Awesome dine in experience. As a Doordasher this place isn't my first choice unless the tip is really really good. The wait feels endless and while there is live music... 30 minutes for a 3 item order that was basically nachos and dips... Well that feels insanely slow.

Wow! Am I glad our group chose Tekela's! The menu offers a wide selection. I got chicken enchiladas and beans n' rice, delicious! The rest of our group got different things and we're very happy with all the food. The drinks were great as well! I will return soon with my husband and also our work group!!!

Great atmosphere, seriously good food. I was afraid I'd be starving at 630pm on a Friday night, because the place looked poppin' and there looked to be a wait for regular seating, but we were lucky enough to grab a couple seats at the bar without the wait. The margaritas were potent, especially if tequila is your Achilles heel. I do believe some of their dishes embody the term "Ugly Delicious", because while not super pretty, their Patron & Lime Chicken had me melting in my seat at the bar. Def recommend the Tekela wings, which were smothered in a sweet and spicy Chipotle BBQ sauce! I now need that sauce in my life for wings and more. Lol Overall great 1st time visit, and will definitely go back again.
