Visit here regularly (close to work) and quite a few staff members have made my subway experience very enjoyable whilst in the store.
My experience today was great and just wanted to give a shout out to Monica (sorry if I spelt your name wrong!) Who was very chatty and smiley! My only issue was I asked a few times for a 6 inch sub and got a footlong instead. I was happy to pay for the extra 6 inches of sandwich though as I had had such a lovely chat! Keep being you guys!

I want to give 0 star if that is an option. Rude sandwich artist, no cleanliness and doesn’t even know which is Tasty cheese. I have myself worked in Subway for more than 2 year and I haven’t served anyone like this.

As I requested to get a foot long cut into 2 halves because I’m lactose intolerant, the lady was extremely rude to me and said oh god! Why don’t you get a 6 inch instead.

I normally don't take the time to give feedback, but I really wanted to this time because I had the best experience today at subway Barangaroo. The young man who served me (he said his name is Aaron) was so pleasant and lovely. He took the time to engage with me as a customer and really put in a lot of effort. I really appreciate his friendliness, which seems to be rare with fast food employees these days. His customer service is 10/10.

Extremely rude service. Came in and there were no customers. Girl seemed to be preparing an Ubereats order. Looked at me and then continued making the sandwiches. Head down. Zero attempt to say hello, zero acknowledgement I was even there. Basic level of service missing

We came in today to pick up two subway platters. The lady working was so friendly and helpful despite two of the rudest customers in front of us acting like they were king dingaling.

Awesome experience at this subway. Gaurav was extremely professional and polite and gave outstanding service. The subways he made were also very nicely made and his work ethic is commendable. I will definitely be visiting here again. Thanks for an awesome experience Gaurav!
