Roll'd

They ran out of things to put in the salad, so they gave me an extra serving of chicken. Even though I got 40% discount from eatclub, but It was suppose to be $11 for chick3! Viet salad. Worst salad ever! I tried to ask for a roll or something to compensate, but they said the value is not the same, $11 for this dish, no thank you. It’s not as bad cause I had 40% off, but if I knew I wouldn’t have brought it. The rice paper roll was very dry! I got it at 2:30 maybe that’s why, but it was the worst rice paper roll. They put the fried onion in everything! A bit way too much!

Disappointing when it comes to quality. The staff are very lovely and friendly but they don’t make the orders the same way as the other Roll’d branches which is a shame. For example, the way they prepare things are quite different or they might completely miss out certain ingredients. This is the second time I purchased from this branch and I think next time I’ll walk a bit further but go to a different branch so I can get the usual Roll’d meals prepared like the usual Roll’d way. In short, if you want a quick cold meal go for this branch, but if you want the authentic Roll’d food go to another branch.
