Today was my 2nd time going here. The drinks are amazing and service is friendly and FAST! Also love that they have a drive thru. I’ve had the Iced Vanilla Latte and Almond Joy Frappe. Bother were great! My grandma had their Wild Berry smoothie and said that was good as well!

Was very impressed by this place. The coffee was fantastic and of you like variety and flavored coffee drinks this is the place to go. So many to choose from. The prices are outstanding and the only thing that really beats them is the service. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. The music was prefect and just loud enough to enjoy but still do work on the impressively fast wifi. I need there service at my house, thank you for a great experience and I'll be back soon.

This is a great place to go for coffee. They offer a big selection of various coffee drinks as well as several accompaniments like pastries or blueberry muffins. Robin and her staff do an excellent job of making you feel welcome as they serve you. Watch out, Starbucks! You have some real competition if these guys go national!

This is a favorite place of ours. We have been through several punch cards for free coffees.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They are also well trained and have made every order of ours perfectly.
I am a huge fan of the Iced Snickers coffee and my wife always gets the Frozen White Chocolate Mocha. Always a large too.
We have had a lot of their baked goods and the brownies are the best. Period. I'm a home baker and theirs are better than mine. And always fresh.
They also offer hand scoop Hershey's ice cream.

Really nice place. Staff is very friendly and the coffee is great. Décor is unique without being chintzy. Comfortable chairs made studying here a breeze. Wifi is good too. Their baked goods look amazing, although I just ate so I didn't try any.

I ordered the blended peppermint mocha and it was one of the best coffee drinks I've ever had. The staff was super friendly and service was quick! Best coffee this side of the island!

Good coffee, including expertly prepared specialty drinks. My favorites are the Dirty Chai and Dry Cappuccino. The scones and muffins are definitely worth a try.

Great little coffee shop. A little off the road but great mix of drinks. The cold brew nitro coffee was something I'd never had and definitely worth trying. They have great ice cream as well!

I absolutely love this place. It's quiet, clean, and cozy. It's a perfect place to go when you need to get some work done or if you need a place to relax and read a book. It's THE place to enjoy a hot drink and some quiet folk music. (I highly recommend their smoothies; I asked for a strawberry-mango smoothie and it was amazing.) There's free wifi and the staff is very friendly.

Quaint little coffee shop in Cape Carteret, NC. Great selection of coffee and smoothies. Comfortable seating and wifi in a pleasant atmosphere. Good place to have a meeting or read a book or study while you enjoy your beverage. Also has a drive thru. Open daily.

Great Staff and coffee, to my surprise when I ordered an ice coffee, they had frozen coffee ice cubes, which I have not even seen at my favorite local coffee shop. Coffee stayed strong until I finished it around Kinston. I will visit this shop again.

If you've been waiting in line, and even if your order has been started, be prepared to wait an even longer time if someone from the drive up comes through. They will drop everything to get them out faster. Get a second cashier, or help your patrons in order.

New owner. My wife and I are spending a week on Emerald Isle and have discovered that Javapost is under new ownership. The new owner is a very nice lady who offers great service with a wonderful personality. We've been there twice this week and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I stop here for coffee or a protein smoothie after our weekly cycling group ride. Nice, quaint local coffee shop. Service has always been decent and the coffee/smoothies are delicious.

Bad, Super Bad Service. Never been to The Java Post before until today. What was so bad about it? No service is better than BAD service. Just me, ONE customer ONLY! And whoever the girl was who was WORKING? there? paid all her attention to 2 little kids and a man. Her kids?? Her man?? don't know. Her snooty attitude to the customer, ME, and where she set my cup of coffee...on the bar by the kids and man! Not on the counter to me, the PAYING CUSTOMER, where she slightly referenced to the kids to not spill it. She kept talking to the MAN, and I interrupted her to ask her for a certain sugar, to which she rudely replied with her answer. Basically told her she didn't belong in a customer service job as her lack of service was HORRIBLE! So here I am, a dissatisfied customer, and she threatened to call the police. On top of all this NASTINESS, the coffee didn't even get a 3 on a scale of 10 compared with Starbucks! Lousy lack of service and a lousy product! No wonder I was the only customer in there!!! This kind of business will be out of business soon if you think you have a 21st century, swinging business! Is there a TV station around here I can contact? Radio Station? Better Business Bureau?? How about the owner??? Would she like to speak with me??
