Panera Bread

Disappointing to say the least. Customer service is poor at this location. The price is high given the amount of food you will receive. I’ve been here a couple of times and each one of my visits was disappointing. I don’t suggest their advertised breakfast sandwich. It is similar to a slider, and is about as bland as it gets.

I dont normally write reviews but if I could give this place 0 stars I would. I mobile ordered and picked up in the store. When I walked in the line was long, and it seemed like the people waiting haven’t been helped in a few minutes. I grabbed my order but did not receive the cup for tne drink I ordered. While waiting to ask someone for a cup, a man called people over to the register by the bakery. The two woman who were waiting in line, we cut but other customers who quickly ran over to the other register. In the meantime, more people were coming in so the women had to go to the back of the line. Automatically, the two people waiting should have been helped first. There was no organization, the workers did not seem friendly, and customer service is not present at this location. Plus, the prices go up and the amount of food you get is less. I’d rather spend my money at a local restaurant that is not a chain.

Had an awful experience today. We came in most of the tables were dirty. No napkins. Wanted to drink hot tea as I was pouring the "hot water" notice that the water is not hot enough I tried a sip and water was room temperature. I asked them if they have hot water available I was told to use microwave.

It was confusing to know which was our order. Many orders were lined up and the preparers were frazzled. Something was not right in my order but I let it go. Also we did not know when it was ready to pick up because there was no beeper given. Went to the counter a few times playing the guessing game.

This coffeehouse truly has the best espresso that is best for me! Each opportunity I come around here, the staffs are exceptionally courteous and surprisingly welcomed me energetically. The espresso was acceptable, and gratitude to this barista, who does it well overall. For my purposes, this would be the best coffeehouse of all time. Emphatically suggested!
