They make good pizzas here. You can tell whoever makes them tries to go beyond regular standards. Many pizzas I’ve ordered from other pizza shops are cheap on toppings and ingredients whereas this one is actually good. On the other hand, every restaurant screws up and it is bound to happen over time. Put yourself in their shoes. You make 1000 pizzas and how many would have an issue? How many of those customers come on here to type a bad review vs how many good reviews? Many of these big name franchises don’t receive a fair rating because the quality is already expected. This restaurant is a franchise that is owned by franchisee (probably a family who has found a means of making a living, not just corporate because of their name). If you have an issue, contact head office and they will issue an immediate resolution for both restaurant and customer. It’s not rocket science these days to bash a restaurant on Google versus being resourceful and actually calling them for a resolution. Don’t take away opportunity from the hard working. You can leave a bad review at the bank or a government office - there’s definitely more of an issue in those places compared to your local pizza shop.

Vary disappointing as I ordered a pizza with added on toppings and hot honey wings but when I get my order I didn’t get my toppings I had to pay extra for and my wings where just honey garlic when I called they asked me if it can still eat it and it so they will just give me a $6 off on my next order. I’ll definitely not be ordering from pizza pizza in innisfil again

EXTREMELY RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL AND RACIST SERVICE. If i could rate this place a star below one, i would. I have never experienced this type of rude hostile behaviour walking into a fast food restaurant. It is appalling and i will make sure to let all of my friends and family not to go to this particular pizza pizza. Upon arrival, this white lady with blonde hair does not greet us and immediately tells us in a rude tone that she was taking someone else's order first. After being rude to us, she immediately starts talking nicely to this white old man who was in front of us. When we finally got around to ordering, she was still speaking very rude and telling us to hurry up with our order. I asked for her name respectfully, and she refused to give it to me saying that i don't need to know that and then threw the receipt at me after i ordered my pizza. I wouldn't have ordered after coming across this behaviour but i drove from far and my old parents were hungry and i basically had no choice. I am surprised that these are the kinds of people working in customer service and pizza pizza is still having them employed. This entire corporation should be ashamed of themselves for this. unacceptable employee behaviour. on the receipt her employee number is: 64199. Action should be taken against her.

Worst pizza I have ever had.. I order bacon, chicken bruschetta mozzarella and Parm cheese. It got here and was Luke warm. The bacon was far from cooked and there were 7 little pieces of chicken on it. I don’t know who the cool was. But he should go back to the dish pit. I will never order from here again. You got one star because you can’t leave a no star. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.
