Cafe 2232

Across the road from Sutherland station, this cafe has a great rustic flavour that compliments the coffee and cakes. Indeed, the back room is the real winner. It's walls are decorated in all manner of items from paintings, ship models, armour and antique equipment. This is a great place for a catchup with friends over a cappuccino. And in winter it has a heater! EDIT: I love the ship models

The inner area of this cafe is absolutely fantastic! So much personality and quirkiness in one spot! I wish more cafes had this level of character. The staff were also quite friendly despite being super busy. Best of all... THEIR CANNOLI IS SUPERB. So much cannoli out there is a let down but surprisingly, this cafe's cannoli is legitimately good.

The place looks good has a good vibe, with its 10 staff and they are all standing around doing nothing but playing with the nails and hair. I ordered a ham cheese and tomato toasted sandwich and I got there 20 mins before my train to Nowra its a public holiday so there is only very few trains scheduled and Cafe2232 couldn't make a simple sandwich in time people were standing around frustrated waiting on simple things that they couldn't make on time.. Never again will I Eat at your pathetic Cafe...

They seem incapable of making a "hot" coffee, no matter how many times you say extra hot....I only go there when the cafe around the corner is packed out the door..no prizes for knowing why. No competition from this place, I suggest you ask for a extra hot, long black....the only way to get something tepid. 🌬️🌀🥶
