Was craving chili sooo bad 20 minutes before closing time, went to the location on cactus and reems and they were out:( called the bell and 303 location and spoke with T she assured me they still had chili, drive down and received the best customer service possible, she had such a great attitude. we need more people like T in the industry!!!

Restaurant was clean, food came out fast and staff was friendly. Great stop for a quick, inexpensive lunch. In today's world, that's hard to find.

I do most of the office lunch orders and most of the fast food in surprise is slow, and they dont get the order correct. I am always pleasantly surprised how quick the service is and how on point they are every time i go - the order is never wrong. Kudos to everyone there!!! This review is based upon 3 years of constant satisfaction

This is a great Wendy's. It's always clean. and the food is fresh. We come here often and have only had one experience where somebody messed up and put too many condiments on a hamburger. When I brought it back in, they took care of it right away without hesitation. In addition, this Wendy's is very busy and the tables are cleaned quickly.

Food was tasty. The sausage egg sandwich is warm and very delicious. I liked the potatoes since they were wedge style but would have rather had them for lunch. While not a fault, the toast sticks were messy while driving 😳.

Great Clean Place, friendly workers. Just really short staffed (even the boss said he was severely under staffed)
Took about 20+ mins to get our stuff some waited longer.
Could be a one time thing Drive thru is always Fast Fast FAST!
