The customer service here is deplorable. On multiple occasions the people working the drive through have been rude, sarcastic, and unable to help. They clearly don't care about there job or the service. Once again I got onion rings that'd break a tooth and chicken fries that would poke an eye out. Either overcooked in haste or sat under a warming lamp in disregard for quality. Disrespectful, distasteful, uncaring establishment.

Apparently BK doesn't honor some of the deals on the BK app. I tried ordering the Mix n' Match for $5. The employee tells me they only have the 2 for $6 Mix n' Match. I told him that the app also has a 2 for $5 deal as well, but he repeated they only have the 2 for $6. So it's nice to know this BK doesn't honor their own deals.

Alway a good quick bite. Prices are better then other burger joints. Good deals and coupons available. Occasionally get a screwed up order, though the staff has been good about making up for mistakes. Love the whoppers w/ cheese, original chicken sandwich is a favorite, onion rings and zesty sauce are good. Im not sure if the tacos are still there? They were great. BK is one of the better more affordable fast food picks.

Customer service is terrible. Been there now twice in a couple weeks and ordered food. Both times they messed up my meal. So I pulled around to the front of the building to call since they’re dining room still isn’t open. First time they answered and were extremely rude. Second time I had to go back thru the drive thru because no one would pick up the phone. Both times the person I talked to told me that they’re short staffed. WELL DUH SO IS THE MOST EVERY OTHER BUSINESS DUE TO COVID-19. If you want bad food served with a side order of lots of attitude then this is the place for you.
