They are slow to serve, but the food was on point and tasted very good. My family enjoyed every bite.

Steak and Shake is probably the most underrated fast food option out there.
Food was well made and served pretty promptly for how empty this location. Like others it may be slower on a busy day via the drive through as the food is more “fresh” than something like McDonald’s or taco bell.
Bathroom at this location could be cleaner and the emergency door is blocked. Floor feels a little greasy.

I cant enough about the great service I received jist now through the drive thru. The young lady was upbeat and had nothing but a smile. She also made me the best banana strawberry shake the world could offer.

I went through the drive through. So no stars on atmosphere. Should have an N/A.
The last 5 or so year with steak and shake have been horrible. Service is usually terrible. I had nothing to do and was really craving a Frisco melt (I usually don't indulge because the service is usually awful). So I decide I have nothing going on, let's wait
Well the staff seemed like they knew what they were doing, and I honestly didn't have to wait long. I was presently surprised. I have a bit of hope in this place again

They have Counter service here, place your order at PO , get a number and pick up when number is called. I was definitely surprised as to how inexpensive the combo meals were compared to BK and McD. On top of fact that everything was made to order and tasted so good and burgers were so juicy.
Veggies were not " dead" on your Burger, and meat patties DID NOT have the texture of left over up semi cold cardboard as some Burger Franchises have been putting out. Great getting a freshly cooked Burger here, not one that was sitting in a steamer pan for past couple hrs like some franchises.

Got a birthday banana milkshake with whipped cream and two cherries to-go. They had touch screens to order instead of a traditional cash register. Also an arcade machine for you to play and grab toys from inside. The milkshake was overall very good. Was just a little confused at first because I needed a human to redeem the milkshake from the app on my phone. Minimal waiting time.

What can you say about the Waffle House of burgers? The food is good, but not great. This location was lacking help which resulted in a long wait, but everywhere is as well. The shakes are definitely worth going there for, no matter how long the wait is.

Cozy place open 24/7 with the best burgers you can get for an incredible price. They have been around for ever and for kids it's a paradise. This place has unique a entertainment system for kids, that compels to interact with the whole family group. From great designed table mats to car folding adventures. Food has always been great however, there is no fries that can stand a chance once you try these one. This place has won a major survey on which is the best shake in the world. Now, I understand why. Outstanding, mind boggling you most try one! It's been an honor to sacrifice my self eating here to provide you with this state of art review for you to go and eat here. (I dont get paid to say this and I paod for my meal)
