I ordered a burrito supreme in drive through but I received regular burrito. I clearly mentioned no sauce and the guy confirmed that he is not giving me any sauce but I was charged for the sauce. On top of all this they didn’t give me the bill receipt. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with their service and charging extra for things I didn’t order. I called them back on phone but they are not receiving calls.

Dang bruh they be stiffing you on sauce packets and stuff! I done went inside when they said they ain't got no fire sauce and they definitely had it inside! Rediculous honestly

Went through drive through. I always check the screen to be sure I’m getting the correct order. It was correct on screen.
The 4 burritos with customizations (extra sauce and extra cheese and extra onions) were definitely not right. I almost think they saw “extra” and read “no” because they were dry af.
I ask for lots of mild sauce and got all hot sauce. I don’t know about you but an order without the extra sauce is so sad.
One of my kids tacos was missing.
So everyone in the family was disappointed.

***I live between 2 Taco Bells, and after bad food at Shorline TB, I've been going to the one in Sunnyvale. Well, tonight was a disaster. First of all, the 5.00 box is now 5.99, and when I got home 2 things were wrong. 1 was there was NO beefy burrito
in the box and secondly I got a Doritos los taco chalupa, instead of a regular chalupa. It barely had any meat and the shell was gross. I called Taco Bell 2 times to let them know, but they don't answer their phone, apparently. How can the person who put the box together and the cashier who's supposed to double check the box BOTH miss these items? And, the cashier HAD to know that something was wrong with the weight of the box.
Sheesh.... And she didn't give me a receipt to tell the Bell about it!
***In case anyone thinks that I don't know what their 5.00 box is, the week that I went there, 1week before this visit, the beefy burrito WAS in the 5.00 box, and then they took it out.***

Easy kiosk ordering. Quick friendly service. Clean dining room, not crowded at all. Tasty tacos. Met all my expectations.

So I bought three tacos and one chicken quesadilla. The quesadilla was for someone else. When she opened the chicken quesadilla, she says "what is this?" There was not a strand of chicken. Just slimy sauce and cheese. I recommend you CHECK YOUR FOOD before you leave this cheat restaurant. The tacos were thin on meat also.

Service was fast, quality better than most in the area and the store was pretty darn clean. Will definitely return in the future.
