Checkers

Very Rude No Customer Service Skills at all no one covers their hair around all the food and little space they have to cook it. My debit card was charged the wrong amount and when made aware the lady in drive through got upset as if I slide my own card and gave the wrong price. I do not know how they get a good grade as they take mo pride in anything but making you wait just to get over cooked fries and chicken bites. Checkers make so good for great prices however this Checkers need new people and a better upper Management staff.

Went while raining, walked up to the wrong window and staff yelled wrong window. I apologized my mistake. Upon relocating to the correct window wasn’t greeted. Young cashier didn’t speak up, seemed me spending money was a bother. While I appreciate the drink being full it was flowing out the top and pooled. The. cashier walked off with my credit card from her POS which is nerve wrecking this day and age. Drove three hours to visit family but, most importantly, I knew there was a Checkers as I patron it every time I down for a visit. I skipped a home cooked meal due my love of your burgers and fries. I would suggest you preach and teach customer service to your staff. Even with the hot food and crisp Coke your poor customer service I doubt I will patron your restaurant again. I hope you don’t treat all of your patrons this way, you won’t be around for many years to come with the poor attitudes that currently work there.

The food here is decent, and really cheap for what you get, so that’s good. But the customer service is horrible and the kitchen is filthy. Have literally never been anywhere else where the cashier has greeted me simply with a curt and rude “order when you’re ready”. And then, when I was considering the menu to make my order, she said it again, as if I was keeping her from something more important. Will probably go again, but I’d like to see some customer service training happen in the meantime.

We were told to pull over and they would bring food. The boneless wings were awesome and hot.. However the fries were ice cold. So we drove around and got hot ones. No problem although we had already waited 5-7 minutes for wings. Then we tasted our burgers and they too were cooler than room temperature. We just didn't eat didn't feel like returning to the window. Food would be delicious if only would have been at edible temperatures. I will give another try.

They are extremely slow. There were 2 drive thru lines and the same person was back and forth working both. We waited 20 minutes in line before we were able to get to the speaker to place our order. And then we waited another 15 minutes for our food. We only waited because the kids really wanted something from there. The food was good though. The only reason we waited is because the kids really wanted the food. So, if you are pressed for time, don't stop there.
