My last time stopping here. Employees are always sitting outside. The always Boo size your order, food cold. Employee walking around with her breast hanging out. Their Rude and it's not worth my hard earn money to be treated like this, for the 3rd time. Three times I'm out !!!!

The employees are rude, especially when you ask them for the food you ordered. Yes, you read that correctly. The female employee rolled her eyes and sucked her teeth when I called her out for shorting my ordered.
They refuse to read your order back to you and tell you the amount at the speaker box, so you have a surprise waiting for you at the window. They will try to charge you for whatever order they want.
Customer service and satisfaction is NOT a priority for the staff at the Broad St location.

I was in the Drive-Thru for more than 20 minutes. I ordered the new chicken sandwich. It was not fresh and the bread was dry. They only 3/4 filled my French fry container. The sweet tea was good, but other than that not a great experience.
