Staff in the morning are super friendly. Evening can be hit or miss. The store is clean. Parking lot can be a pain because of careless drivers. Have not had any negative experiences here so the negative reviews surprise me. I have seen a lot of customers being rude to the employees; however, that has never been reciprocated. It’s a 7-Eleven and it fills its purpose in summit.

Called her crazy ...I sent an employee to make a purchase. She asked the woman manager at the register for a receipt. She said she wouldn't do it b/c she had rung up someone else. My employee then asked to make a return so that a receipt would be issued upon re-ringing. She refused and as she walked away called her crazy my employee crazy in front of 5 other people. That is unacceptable and disappointing behavior. Fortunately there is another 711 in town where the service, equipment and managers are much friendlier. It is a shame b/c Albert who works at this location is such an admirable employee.

one star cause usually it's fine and walking distance from my apartment. Once and awhile there's a hand written sign saying "please wait 30 mins" while the guy does inventory at night. But when you wait outside for 30 mins and get waved away and being told closed its rude and not right. Then guy comes out asking whats wrong while I walk away and I tell him I have been waiting for 30 mins and he doesn't care. Nice for customer service and professionalism, now to call the head quarters.

*dont come here—no seriously* Came in to quickly grab a drink with a friend. Around half of the soda flavors were out. Decided on grabbing bottled drinks because there was a BOGO, but it wasn't applied to our bill (even thought it specified the two drinks and was posted on the same case). Finally settled on getting some water but there was a puncture in the bottle—I only noticed because I squeezed the bottle and it wet my clothes. If I had just purchased without realizing, I would fear that water had been tampered with. All of this, combined with the employee at the register's attitude and the confusion with the BOGO deals...I should've paid attention to the low rating.

very poor staff! I accidentally dropped coffee. The woman at the box office almost killed me. I think she was a manager. I apologized 10 times I wanted to help even wipe it, I bought wet wipes from them, she took it with rage and threw it, left a tip and she took it and threw it on the floor. I always respect women very much. but that woman is a nervous fool.

I went to pay using EBT the machine let me enter everything including my code but nothing came off. It was as if she was cancelling my transaction. Then she asked for help the guy said I couldn't get coffee with it but I obviously had other items. I paid and left. I won't be returning. It's run down and the selections aren't great. Boo!

I asked for 10 Powerball plays, over 10 drawings. The young lady didn't know how to use the machine, asked the grumpy man on the other register to help. Together they played my same numbers 11 times for the same drawing. The girl knew what she did, grabbed my cash on the counter and then argued they didn't make a mistake. Then the old woman, probably her mother comes over and said its not their fault. Never going back there again, somehow they feel being dishonest is better than refunding my $20.
