Horrible customer service. I went in last night 45 mins before closing, 1 person in front of me with 2 ppl on line. Waited in line for 15 mins before my order was taken. Order is taken, waited 5 mins just for the girl to put gloves on. Specifically said I didn’t want the melted ice cream.. 2 mins later she’s beginning to make the ice cream and she says “you want the melted right?” No. Let it go. She starts making my ice cream and it literally took her over 10 mins to put 3 toppings inside of one ice cream. Changed spoons 2 different times putting nasty liquid all over my ice cream twice. Clearly she was new but there was no reason for her to take over 10 mins to make a mine sized ice cream, it literally looked like she was playing with it and the majority of the ice cream was melted by the time she was trying to scoop into the container. Then, the ice cream all spills on the sides and AGAIN she gets a new pair of WET spoons to put on my ice cream. I left with NO ice cream and completely annoyed with the situation. The manager stood there and watched her struggle, watched the ice cream melt with a line forming again and said or did nothing.

Walk in 15 min after the time given to me when it said my online order would be ready just to find out it was never made.. If it was busy then maybe I could understand but it wasn't. Get home to eat it got about half way through to see that two of the add ins were not added in.. The ice cream was good! But would like to have gotten what was paid for
