Applebee's

If it weren’t for an issue with the server, the experience at this Applebee’s would’ve been a 5 out of 5. Our server brought our dessert AND the check BEFORE my partner and I had even finished our entree. I took a picture because I’ve never experienced this before. Our dessert had ice cream and a hot brownie, which meant the ice cream began melting while we were still finishing our main course. And then having the check at the table when dessert arrives doesn’t quite make you feel welcomed. More so like we are being expected to leave soon. How disappointing for our Massachussets visit. Everything else like the food, prices and atmosphere were good at this restaurant. I hope all guests can be treated fairly and consistently.

We had a nice dinner here tonight. It was nice to see all they waiters/waitresses singing happy birthday to at least half a dozen people! The waitress, although nice were very busy. It is nice to see the staff working together as a team and helping each other out. Appetizers were good, drinks good, and the food was good.

My daughter loves Applebee's so I am sometimes forced to eat here. I cannot remember a time when I was not disappointed eating here. I love Applebee's too. But this location is simply not good. The waitstaff, you can clearly tell, are simply waiting out their shifts. The food is almost never fully cooked or brought to you warm. The drinks are weak and poorly presented. We eat there often and it's always the same. 2 star for me.

The Mash potatoes had a slightly sour taste. Broccoli was way salty. Steak was over cooked but tasty. I sent the steak back because it was over cook. It came back cooked just right but bland of flavor. The potatoes were prepackaged so all they had to for was heat and serve. They still taste somewhat sour. They used to be better than that

Infrequent attention from waitress. No bartender. Each waitress made the drinks. A/C seem to be on when in was about 38 outside. The drinks would have been better IF they contained some alcohol. Very typical franchise type of experience. No wonder I don't go there, on my own town. Come guys, get it together!
