Do yourself a favor, if ordering a large iced cappuccino...go for a smaller size and save some cash. As you can see from the picture, you're already getting a smaller size. Not to mention this supposedly has an extra espresso shot that I requested and paid for...

I asked for avocado toast, after 3 minutes …..no avocado, sorry. On the same order 1 tall black coffee….tasted Md hot reg cream & sugar. Change place👎

Although there is always a price to pay for convenience I feel as though if you're striving for efficiency then you may want to add more people on a shift. I used to go out if my way to come to this particular dunkins because it was the only one in Sturbridge that consistently got my order correct. As of lately every single time I've gone it's been incorrect or something is missing. So I will just go to Cumberlands or McDonald's for my coffee.

Super bad service i went 2 time in the morning, the cashier is very racist, she is a lady with a long braids,,, we have a restaurant and we always busy, but we give a good service for all customers 🤩

Used to be a well run shop but not anymore. Long wait time and several times no one will help you in the drive thru. The last few times, the staff have been pretty rude. Just went there and they are closed but no sign or anything. Seriously, how hard is it to put up a sign "closed"?!

Since the remodel this location is Awesome! Great service, super fast too! Great Job!!!!

I used to drive out of my way to visit this location. Now, plan on waiting 15 minutes for a coffee, if you even get the chance to order. The inside lobby is consistently closed and the drive thru is 10 cars deep. If you do happen to roll up to order without the long line, you'll still find yourself waiting for your order that is typically incorrect as you see the staff chatting carelessly in the back.
