Burger King

I just don’t understand why every time I go to this Burger King (the closest one to my house) I wait in line for 25 minutes & as soon as I get to the intercom they greet me with “thank you for choosing Burger King but at the moment our system is down & we can no longer take any orders. Like I’m just so confused.. it’s literally EVERY TIME. I get some times the system is down, but no other BK or McDonalds or Taco Bell has that problem. This BK needs to do better. It’s so sad.

I guess “fast food” doesn’t have the same meaning as it used to. I remember as a child working at one that we used to have to get cars through the drive thru in less than 3 minutes… waited 30 min to try and order food. This is the worst service and worse Burger King i have ever seen or been to. I highly recommend to never come her!

Ok so I’m seeing so many positive reviews so maybe today was just a bad day. Menu system was down and I could not order through the mic. No sign to alert customers that it was down. Pulled up and I see people on foot and bicycles in the drive through. A man came up to my car begging for food. It was just a lot to take in 7:30 in the morning. No coffee. It was just a bummer. Soda was disgusting. I only gave it a two star because the employ at window was trying. It wasn’t his fault.

Whomever, the franchise owner is of this Burger King has serious issues. This Burger King is open 24 hrs. On multiple visits, the employees put a cone up in the drive thru. When I knocked on the door, the ran away and his under the table. On another occasion 3 weeks ago, they told me they only take cash, and provided me with no receipt. This was one of the worst drive thru experiences I've ever experienced. The whole thing took entirely way too long with the majority of time sitting in silence while the drive thru person didn't even speak to the car in front of me or to myself upon pulling up to the drive thru speaker. It was as if the employees worked when they felt like it. Then sitting at the window waiting for my food all one could hear were the employees yelling at each other. I will more than likely never come to this location again and will tell others not to as well.

After being told I couldn’t order at the Burger King at 1701 south Federal Highway due to “shift change” at 10:00 pm on 06/10/2022 I drove to 666 West Broward Blvd. when I arrived at the drive through at 10:25pm. I stopped in front of the speaker to order. After no one said anything after a minute, I said hello but no one answered so I drove forward. When I arrived at the window and gave the attendant a coupon she said she couldn’t take it and that I should have told her the number back at the speaker. Total disregard at both restaurants! My family and I went straight to McDonald’s.
