Subway

This was the first time visiting this Subway. I asked the employee if he was able to accept a coupon that I had. I asked him if this was a corporate or franchise Subway. Unfortunately, he didn't know the difference. Quite shocking as well. I also asked for bacon on one of the subs that I ordered and to make sure the bacon was put in the oven and not the microwave. It looks like what I said went in one ear and out the other. He decided to put the bacon in the microwave. The language barrier that I experienced was absolutely horrible. Fight for 15, I think not!

Like always the food is great. However, it would be nice if the service was just as great as the food. Being in customer service for 20+ years, the man I had to deal with was rude, unprofessional and lacked skill. I'll still eat Subway but not here. When walking out another lady was talking about the same thing to the man. DISAPPOINTED

Not happy with the meat being used in the sandwich. Changed choices - same results. My party of four All left very disappointed. Seems there has been a change in the meats or maybe Subway is using a different vendor of sorts. Sad to type but all four of us decided halfway through the meal we will not be returning for any future sub sandwiches. #SubwayRestaurants

Please fix your soda machine once and for all. I transfered up to Stuart in late April and used to eat subway 3-5 times a week for lunch in Lake Park. The Stuart location has issues with the soda machine constantly breaking. After a few weeks of this in May, I stopped going. I went again on 11/28 and the machine was down again. No problem, soda in the fridge was substituted. Went again 11/29 and no ice and all the bottles of coke were warm so no drink. Too bad too. But too many visits leaving disappointed to continue returning any longer.
