Driving by a while ago and saw the promotional fish sandwich poster outside..."ooh" I think to myself "it's been a while since I had nasty junk food. I'll get myself a fish sandwich and fries"... I go inside and order a fish sandwich, only to be told by the cashier, "we don't do fish sandwiches" "you have a big poster outside promoting them" "don't know nothing about no fish sandwich" I'm told. "Okay, I'll just have some fries them" as I think to myself that I'm here now I have to eat something unhealthy. "We all out of fries"

i usually just get a frosty here. the food is usually decent but ive had it sub par a couple of times. staff is usually decent too, but i literally had one time a whiiiiile ago where a guy took a really long time to take my order cause he was high AF. not like just to get over to me, but he was standing in front of me catching Z's in between me saying items lmao. i like the soda machines here cause they have hella options and are cool/futuristic but sometimes the screen is a lil unresponsive (but they have ginger ale !!) update: may 20 the baconator, for the price it was, was tiny. very disappointing update: june 21 breakfast baconator was decent. still not happy with other occasions of going here so the score will not change yet

Me and several customers were completely ignored while waiting for help. The staff looked like they were either stoned or didn't care and not even acknowledging the customer's waiting for them. I placed an order online for pickup so all I had to do is walk in grab it and leave, I got there about 15 minutes after I placed and after a few minutes I got someone's attention and he said they just had a big to-go order and they'd get to it shortly. Almost 10 minutes later I got someone's attention again and they looked around and finally found that my printed order had been misplaced. I asked a girl who was about to hand me my food after putting it together if she could get a sauce for my sandwich, she had me repeat myself, said ok, then closed up my bag and handed it to me without getting the sauce. No one bothered to apologize for the long delay. Could understand if it was really busy but there was only one set of customers sitting down eating and one other set waiting to order, who waited about 5 mins before asking if someone would take their order. There were 6 employees working that I could see.
