A quick walk in and walk out visit, got a coffee and a bagel, for some reason I had to ask for my bagel after they gave me my coffee, but it’s whatever

Ordered a mobile order, and had to wait in drive thru for 15 minutes (dining area closed), then when I get my order I get this (see pic). They said because of the "foam it went down". But it's a expresso, there is no foam! SMH.

I we just moved to the area and this Starbucks is the closest one to us. Been here a few times and they make my coffee perfect each time. Sometimes I a complicated drink with a few different add ons and they get it right each time. Compared to my Starbucks down in south FL, this spot is pricier, not sure why.

Asked for a simple iced coffee with milk and sugar, and got something that tasted like sugar water and zero coffee. On top of that, the guy took the rest of the money I gave him and kept saying, "okay have a good day" emphasizing I should leave without giving me the change back. Wth??

While Starbucks isn't everyone's cup of Joe, we moved here from Seattle and there is always the familiar good taste to us. This and the super helpful and friendly staff made this our go to coffee place.

Mike the store manager is rude as hell for absolutely no reason. This store wouldn't be so understaffed if they had a competent person running the store.

I appreciate the consistency in their products. Their employees are also willing to create something when I don't know what I'm in the mood for. I wish their parking lot situation was different, but I'll sacrifice comfort for consistency.
