Dunkin'

This place always has the worst service. I've been here a few times in the past because of its convenient location, but today will be my last. They've messed up on my orders (very simple things) too many times in the past, and the employees are just plain rude and nasty. Today, I had the usual rude service. I asked the girl at the drive thru a simple question about my order, and she gave me an attitude like I was annoying her. When I drove up to pick up my food, she just quickly handed me the bag. Didn't say anything. No thank you, no confirmation of everything being in the bag. I had to ask her if it was all there. That's the usual service you get there, but what made me write this review is that in the back, there was an older female employee cussing and swearing and shouting about how she hates working there and that she is going to quit. Sorry but I don't want someone like that preparing my food. Really all the employees come off like they hate working there. They seem so miserable and angry. I won't be returning.

Rude staff, especially in the evening. If you're closed then lock the door, don't yell at people for walking in. I've never been treated so rudely at a Dunkin'. I walked in at 7:50 and the girl behind the counter started yelling "No! We are closed! No! Closed!" Needless to say that's the last time I use this location.

This place appears to employ people that do not care about serving customers. I was in the drive thru window for over 15 minutes without anyone there to take my order. Pulled up to the window, and there's literally no apology for their blatant lack of customer service. Employee appeared to be under the influence of something, and I'll never come back again.
