Supreme Pizza

Delicious surprise! I was looking for pizza that was not from a chain as a thank you for some people that were doing work. It was a rainy day and pizza is always a great pick me up. I googled and Supreme Pizza came up. I got the Cheese Steak and a Supreme Pizza and I tell you I was not disappointed!! It was amazing!! Service was friendly and food was prepared to perfection!

The menu link in their own Google listing is grossly outdated with prices much lower than current pricing. Thankfully, when I called my order in expecting the small Stromboli to be $6 & the large to be $11, the girl taking my order gave me the prices of each which were $12 & $18!! She then told me that they don’t have any control over the menu online. I find that hard to believe, and think it would really be in their best interest to take care of that link immediately… Beware of online pricing until they get the link updated!!

I ordered one of their speciality Sicilian pizza with an extra topping for delivery. When got there gave delivery guy very generous tip & opened box to find Sicilian pizza with only extra topping. Called to let em know only to get a rude manager tell me he’d give me credit for toppings & I mentioned I wanted the pizza I ordered only for him to get nasty & hang up. I called back & was then told the manager was unavailable. Terrible customer service & not to mention do not honor their prices on menu/on-line (20 wings $36). Needless to say will Not be going back

After getting Tomato pie from Supreme meats which was awesome I was directed to Supreme meats to get a whole tomato pie. When I called I was told no we don’t sell them ? Really you can’t put tomato sauce on dough for your customers and sell it for 20.00? Sales must be through the roof to turn down a simple request from your consumers.👌 I reached out to Vesuvio’s they got this!

Called to order a pizza that I have ordered many times in the past. The cashier informed me that it’s not an item for sale on the menu. I exclaimed that I have gotten this pizza many times in the past and would like for her to double check on that. She advised that the pizza may be made depending on who is working that day. She checked with her manager and they declined my request. Not too sure what is going on here as I have ordered this pizza many times in the past and I have consistently came to this location. Unprofessional and will not be returning. Seems like the manager is messing up big time based on recent reviews.

Unfortunately, I will not be using this place anymore. I paid 30 dollars for a pizza (left a 10.00 tip for the driver) only to recieve a pizza with all the cheese in the corner of the box. I called them back immediately and sent them a picture. First I was told the manager was not available and there was nothing that could be done. Then I was offered and a "credit" for the next time. Then they called me back and said that they couldn't offer me a credit and or refund my money, but offered me an "Yeah, I'm sorry." This was my favorite pizza. I get treated better by domino's and their pizza is terrible.
