The only reason I gave 4 star for service is that the food took unbearably long to get to our table, and later in our time there we ordered a mocktail which the barlady was reluctant to mix, eventually not doing it at all. 😡😡 However, the waitress we had was BRILLIANT! She was knowledgeable, polite, nothing was too much for her, honest, smiley - she made our night just as much as we made hers. 🥳🥳🥳🥳 As always the food presentation was superb and the taste was all that and more! The cocktails we did receive were well mixed and you got all the layers of flavour from absolutely everything. Well done!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 It's a pity this branch is closing at month end. It will be missed.

Service was very slow initially (5pm) to the point where we almost left without ordering as we had been sat for almost 20mins and hadn't even had a drinks order taken. However, this did improve as the evening went on and the waiting staff that must have started later in the evening were very friendly and efficient. Food was fab, absolutely no fault at all in that area 😋

Loved it here, its the second time ive been and both times were great. Diddnt book and went into the restaurant straight away, no waiting. The staff were all lovley but special shoutout to Chloe; exceptional service- perfect timing, clear, polite and friendly with a beautiful smile! The drinks were brilliant, made quickly and tasted great. The food was the same, very quick to come out and very good. Restaurant and toilets were very clean and upto standards.

We dined at the Rochester branch on Mother’s Day. We were greeted very nicely at the door and shown to our table and given menus. Drinks were served quickly and when we enquired about some menu items the server was only too happy to explain our options. The food was tasty and reasonably priced. Overall we had a good experience at this branch and were impressed with the good service and management of the team. Would certainly come again.
