We went there on Saturday for late breakfast/brunch. We waited for about 5 minutes and then got seated. We knew what to order and they took our order right away. The coffee took so long (more than 15 minutes). I’ve been in several Ihop locations and the coffee usually served right away.
The cups were dirty and had coffee stains on it. We asked for more sugar and the waiter didn’t even answer/talk to me he turned and “grabbed “ some sugar from another table and place it on our table. All other tables had a coffee pot but they gave us to cups only and didn’t bring any pots. We ordered only 1 spicy poblano omelette and a hash brown. It took 40 minutes!! We asked for extra onions and the omelette came WITHOUT any onions 😁!

Arrived around 930a and it was somewhat busy. We were seated immediately, so there was no waiting. Received the menu along with the Halloween menu. My family already knew what we wanted to order so it was quick. Orange juice is priced at $4, so make use of the refill. We ordered the 2x2x2, steak tips and eggs, pancake combo and cupcake combo. The steak tips was on the sweet side, so we didn't enjoy it as much. The hash browns were pretty good, on the crispy side.

IHOP always has amazing food, as well as amazing service and drink options. I don't eat here too often, so that I can savor the food even more when I do go. The food options are also a bit customizable, and the french toast is delicious.

I would leave 0 stars if possible. Today was just the last straw. Been several instances were we get on the waiting list to be seated. And we get skipped by other parties in similar size. Today it took about 30 minutes to get seated, which is decent since it was a busy morning. Once we were seated. They never took our orders for drinks. 10 minutes go by. Then I see they sat another party and brought them their drinks right after and took their orders for food. Annoyed, we got another waiter that took our orders for drink and the meal. About 35-45 minutes later. Still no drinks, no food or any type of service. So I would never recommend this place to anyone anymore.

Driving through the area we met some friends and had a nice time. The pancakes and french toast were good. The coffee was hot and the service was friendly. It's standard IHOP food and experience. If you've been to an IHOP in the past you know what to expect (in a good way) and you won't have any surprises. Plenty of parking.

I was there with my family for lunch after our time at Sunday Morning Worship. I ordered a salad. It was brought to me with a hair (not mine) in it. I alerted our server and he quickly said he'll have another one made for me. Would you know, the second one also had a hair in it. Then I just ate a little leftover pancakes one of my grandchildren didn't finish. When I was given the ticket to pay for everything, they STILL wanted to charge me for a salad with hair in it. So I spoke directly to the manager on duty. She removed it off the ticket. After I paid, I asked is that all I get for your restaurants mistakes, nothing else? She said . . . . 'nothing, that's it'. I explained to her that last week I had dinner at Texas Roadhouse in Tracy, Ca. My daughter had a hair in her steak dinner. She was not only given a replacement dinner plate, but also a coupon for 2 people to have a free dinner at their restaurant again. IHOP didn't give me anything other than removing the salad off my ticket. Where's the invitation for me to return to IHOP again? I'm not happy with this location.

So we just walked out. They have horrible customer service skills. The white man who is a hostess was helpful kind and showed awesome customer service skills. The waitress completely ignored us. Didn't acknowledge us. She served and took someone else's order who came after us who was just sitting across from us. She was rude. She didn't even take our order at all. She needs fired asap. I will be calling the manager in the morning. I suggest do not go there at all.
